cancellations: appointments must be cancelled at least 6 hours before appointment start time. 50%  fee is applied to appoinments not cancelled 6 hours before start time.

 

refunds: refunds must be requested before appointment start, voucher purchases are refunded by the deal site of purchase.

 

draping: Draping is required.
